- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 0 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0 tsp nutmeg
- 0 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp powdered gelatin
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold water and dissolve gently.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, molasses, spices, vanilla, and espresso until smooth.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and fold into mixture.
- Fill dome molds and freeze until set.
- Unmold, thaw slightly, and garnish before serving.
Notes
- This dessert is best served chilled.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of espresso powder.
