This delicious garlic cheese bread is perfect as a side dish for pasta or a tasty snack!
Ingredients

- 14–16 ounce loaf French bread
- 8 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
- 8 ounces shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- to taste Kosher salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add butter, parsley, and garlic along with a large pinch of salt to a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Slice loaf of bread into 3/4″-1″ slices. Place cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread garlic butter in an even layer across the cut side of each piece of bread.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges of the bread are dark golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
