Description
A refreshing and colorful Caprese salad made with fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves, then halve the tomatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls; toss gently.
- Add chopped basil to the bowl and mix well.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture; season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with crispy bread or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For an added twist, you can also include avocado or arugula in the salad.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and presentation.
