Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; some lumps are fine.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.

- These pancakes can be served with syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
