- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the garlic and grating the Parmesan cheese.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and dried herbs until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Stir in heavy cream and scrape up any bits from the pan. Add grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add fresh spinach to wilt before tossing in cooked pasta, ensuring every noodle is coated in sauce.
- Slice the chicken into strips and combine it back into the pasta mixture before serving hot.
Notes
- This dish can be served with additional grated Parmesan on top.
- Feel free to add more vegetables such as mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
