Delicious and easy Rice Krispies treats made with marshmallows and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly but not browned.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down evenly using a spatula or wax paper.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
