Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz fresh brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the brie slices over the flatbread.
  4. Layer the peach slices on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey and sprinkle fresh thyme over everything.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
