- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 package (1 lb) ready-to-use pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×16 inches on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the top with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- This recipe can be customized with different toppings or sauces based on your preference.
- Leftover pizza rolls can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven.
