Description

A delicious chicken alfredo pizza roll that is easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package (1 lb) ready-to-use pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12×16 inches on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the top with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
