Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking.

Notes

  • For extra spice, keep the seeds in the jalapeños.
