Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the marinade over both sides.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Optionally, chop fresh parsley and sprinkle over the salmon before serving.
