Description

Delicious creamy cheesecake-filled crescent rolls topped with blueberry pie filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles on a flat surface.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  5. Add a small spoonful of blueberry pie filling.
  6. Roll from the wide end toward the tip.
  7. Place rolls seam-side down and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake 12–15 min until golden and puffed.
  9. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • These rolls can be served warm or at room temperature.
