Description

Buffalo Tater Tots topped with shredded chicken, cheese, and green onions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 16 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 16 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 16 oz Frank’s Buffalo wings sauce
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots. Bake or air fry tater tots according to the package directions. Use a 9×13 sheet pan lined with parchment paper. When done, remove from oven and turn oven to broil – high.
  2. Add chicken and cheese. Layer on shredded chicken and cheese then broil on high for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and starts to bubble.
  3. Garnish and serve. Remove totchos from the oven and top them with the buffalo sauce and green onions. Serve immediately.
