  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
