Description

This garlic butter spread is perfect for serving on bread, steak, or as a topping for your favorite vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter, softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand held mixer to beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Serve on bread, steak, or on top of your favorite vegetables.
