This roasted broccoli recipe is simple, healthy, and bursting with flavor.

- 2 pounds broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut broccoli into evenly sized 1″ pieces. Using a hand towel, pat-dry the washed broccoli then place in a large freezer bag.
- Add the oil and minced garlic, toss well, then spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fork tender and lightly golden on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding Parmesan cheese after roasting.
- Make sure broccoli is evenly sized for uniform roasting.
