Description

A delicious and fun way to enjoy apple slices topped with peanut butter and colorful toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 8 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Lay apples on their sides and slice the tops and bottoms off; discard.
  2. Remove the core and seeds using a round shaped cutter, apple corer, or just a sharp knife to make a circle and cut the core and seeds out of the slices.
  3. Spread slices with peanut butter.
  4. Top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkles.
