A delicious and fun way to enjoy apple slices topped with peanut butter and colorful toppings.

- 2 apples
- 8 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Lay apples on their sides and slice the tops and bottoms off; discard.
- Remove the core and seeds using a round shaped cutter, apple corer, or just a sharp knife to make a circle and cut the core and seeds out of the slices.
- Spread slices with peanut butter.
- Top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkles.
