  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (aged for richer flavor)
  • 8 oz ranch dressing (a premium brand adds that signature tangy zest)
  • 5 packs of 15-count frozen phyllo tart shells (these offer the perfect flaky, crispy vessel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown your lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s no longer pink, then drain any excess fat away.
  3. Simmer the taco seasoning and undrained diced tomatoes with green chiles into the meat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl, then fold in the cooled taco meat mixture.
