- 1 lb Cooked chicken breast
- 8 oz Spaghetti or lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Sliced carrots
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped green onions

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
- Slice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- Prepare your vegetables: chop broccoli, slice carrots, and bell pepper.
- Minced garlic should be ready to go.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet; sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the cubed chicken, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ground ginger.
- Blend well and heat through for another 3–4 minutes.
- Fold in the cooked noodles gently, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the teriyaki noodle skillet to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle over chopped green onions for garnish.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your family!
