Description

A delicious and quick stir-fry dish featuring chicken and fresh vegetables in a flavorful teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked chicken breast
  • 8 oz Spaghetti or lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Slice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Prepare your vegetables: chop broccoli, slice carrots, and bell pepper.
  4. Minced garlic should be ready to go.
  5. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  6. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet; sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  9. Stir in the cubed chicken, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ground ginger.
  10. Blend well and heat through for another 3–4 minutes.
  11. Fold in the cooked noodles gently, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  12. Transfer the teriyaki noodle skillet to a serving dish.
  13. Sprinkle over chopped green onions for garnish.
  14. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. Serve hot and enjoy with your family!
