Description

A refreshing smoothie made with pineapple, coconut milk, and kale.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 large ripe banana (cut into chunks, fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup baby kale

Instructions

  1. In the base of the blender, add ½ cup canned coconut milk and 1 cup 100% pineapple juice.
  2. Add 1 large ripe banana (chunked), 1 cup pineapple chunks and 1 cup baby kale on top of the coconut milk and juice.
  3. Place the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the smoothie is smooth and creamy and the kale is broken down completely.
  4. For best results, serve immediately.

  • This smoothie can be made with frozen fruit for a colder texture.
